"Big hit at our sleepover!
I made these for a birthday sleepover, and they were a big hit. I simply sliced, rather than mashed the banana, and omitted the powdered sugar (the sandwiches were plenty sweet and grilled them in my panini maker. Will definitely make again!"

"I love a recipe I can make with stuff I always have on hand. I used Italian-seasoned panko crumbs and served marinara on the side, and it was a big hit with the family. Will definitely make again. Thanks!"

"Just made this tonight, very yummy. I was trolling for quick and easy chicken recipes, came across this and it was a lifesaver. Lots of flavor and not a lot of time. I had Stonewall Kitchen Seedless Raspberry Jam on hand and it worked great. Only 2 thingsI would do differently next time: remove the red onions after saut?ing them, because they..."

"Just made this tonight - DEEElicious. Used creme fraiche to add to the sauce, and it was a big hit. Very flavorful and LOVE smoked paprika. My sauce was redder than most of the pics, but so so good. I served it with fat french fries and roasted cherry tomatoes. I only marinated for 3 hours, may try overnight next time. Will definitely be adde..."

"When I saw the unusual combination of ingredients (all of which I always have on hand I knew I had to try it. It was a big hit! I made it with honey mustard, because my daughter loves it, but to change it up, I will try it with dijon. I served it with a parmesan risotto and caesar salad. I asked hubby and daughter if they could guess what was ..."

"SOOO good and so easy! I will definitely make this on a regular basis. I used pancetta, and didn't add any salt at all, and it was amazing. I served it with rice and sopped up the sauce with foccacia and I STILL wanted to lick the plate."

"this produced a really yummy turkey, but I want to point out that convection ovens should NOT be turned down to 320. I did that, and although the turkey was delicious, it took more than 2 hours longer than expected."

"I have the CPK cookbook with this recipe in it. The ingredients are almost identical with 2 exceptions: the cookbook asks for 3 cups of beans (not a big difference, and the addition of 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, which I think enhances the Tuscan aspect of it. I made this last weekend for a 4th of July party and it was a huge hit,..."

"I didn't have dried mint, so I used fresh, but I'm not sure I got the proportion right. I also used cooked chicken and store-bought organic, low-sodium chicken stock rather than water to save time. The house smelled so wonderful while it was cooking! I didn't realize HOW wonderful until I went outside and came back in, and I could have floated li..."
