"We enjoyed this recipe. I used about 3/4 lb. ground beef, used a red pepper instead of green, used an 8 oz. can hot and spicy pizza sauce instead of tomato sauce. Put it in a 10 inch pie plate. Put mozzarella cheese slices on top. Will make it again."

"I used 4 cups sliced apples, we love raisins but for someone who is not that fond of them one cup may be too many. "I found these cookies to be very soft. I had added 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla but next time I will add 2 tsp. as there is not much flavor. Easy to make and will make again."

"A very easy casserole to make. I added some fried onions to the casserole. The recipe is too large for 2 people, next time I will make only 1/2 the recipe. My husband really enjoyed it."

I never added any salt or pepper. This is a very good recipe for someone watching their fat intake as I am. It was also very easy to make. Thank you Cin..."

"If you like cinnamon you'll love this. We really enjoyed it for brunch. Was easy to prepare the day before and time saving the next day - just had to put it in the oven. I used an 8" x 12" pan instead, as 8"square was too small to arrange bread slices. I cut some of the slices to fit the pan. I also used egg beater eggs instead because I am watchin..."

"I used vermicelli pasta, which I broke into 3rd's. I also added some garlic spread to the beef for extra flavor. I mixed all the ingredients together.I put 1/2 into a foil 8" square pan and froze it and the other half was plenty for the 2 of us for supper - even had a little left over. Served it with a Caeser's salad. "
