"This is the best Margarita I've ever tasted and it's so easy to throw together! Made them on the rocks and before we knew it, our guests had finished off two pitchers full! Made them with Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila and they were smooth."

"This is a nice way to dress up asparagus. Great tip by Derf to not precook the asparagus - it's perfectly done when cooked from raw. Next time I will add some dry white wine and perhaps some red pepper flakes just to enhance the flavours."

"Oh Yum! Did this with beef tenderloin steaks done on the bbq. I used a good quality red wine vinegar instead of balsamic as it is less sweet. Used one of our favourite dry red wines - best tip is to use a wine you'd be happy to drink. This is a very fast & easy recipe to whip up yet one that will be sure to impress guests."

"I was hesitant to use shortening in icing so cut it back to 1/4 cup shortening and 3/4 cup butter. The result was wonderfully smooth and light with not a hint of lard. Great tip to reduce sweetness too! Used just a dollop on top of mini cupcakes made from Marg's Dark Chocolate Cake recipe. Perfect bite sized treats :"

"Excellent recipe as the numerous ratings show. I added a pinch of ground red pepper and used 2/3 of a cup of hot coffee instead of water. I baked them in tiny silicone muffin cups topping them with a dollop of Decorator Buttercream Icing. They took only 15 minutes to bake and were a wonderful bite sized treat!"

"Brilliant recipe - very tasty and creamy. Best part was being able to make earlier in the day along with the turkey stuffing and then letting them stay piping hot in the slow cooker until Christmas dinner was ready to be served. Added a bit of butter just before serving - still smooth and creamy even after hours on warm in the slow cooker. Made m..."

"Another winner from Sharon! This is a really fast, easy and flavourful recipe and can easily use any white fish. I followed widleyeris's excellent suggestion and seasoned the fish with cumin, chili pwd, garlic salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash spicy seasoning before grilling. For the guacomle mixture I used 3 small fresh jalepeno's finely chopped inst..."

Used 3 cloves of minced garlic and added a generous 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes. Will definitely be making this again and again!"

"Excellent recipe! I used Kittencal's suggestion and added garlic and red pepper flakes. Love the use of greek yogurt instead of milk or cream - really enhances the flavours. I left a little bit of texture in it. I doubled the recipe but forgot to get another head of cauliflower so just added some broccoli. Definitely a keeper. (knew it woul..."
