"This didn't turn out for me. I'm not quite sure what went wrong. Soon after the wine was added it looked great. I suspect at my altitude it was too long or hot and the sauce lost it's intended color/texture. We ended up with sauce that was little more than nicely flavored oil. I'll give it another shot, but I'm not quite sold on this recipe yet.D..."

"This is by far the best cheesecake ever. Very rich! I highly recommend slicing it as small as possible (using a sharp knife dipped in HOT water works REALLY well to make clean smooth cuts.
