"To cut calories I didn't use the cheese, so I added some garlic and heb seasoning instead and these were very good. I used 16 oz. of frozen haricot verts so I cooked them a couple of minutes longer. I'm sure with the cheese they'll be even better!"

"These pork chops were really good. I doubled the sauce as other reviews suggested, and I cooked them covered on the stove. They were a little dry, but that's because I over estimated the cooking time. Great flavor though. Will make them again!"

"This was very good. I didn't blend everything, just mixed it and threw it in the bag to marinade overnight. I might try it next time to see if it makes a difference. I put the marinade on top when it cooked. It was just as good a couple of days later. We'll definitely have this again!"

"I made this around Thanksgiving with the following changes based on other reviews and what I had on-hand: 3 tsp. jalapeno instead of bell pepper, cayenne, chives instead of onion, and 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning, and shredded cheese blend. It was yummy!"

"I made these for my husband and I for Christmas dinner. I ended up overcooking them by the time everything else got done and they were still yummy. I used cream of mushroom soup, cut the butter in half, and added season salt and garlic after reading other comments. Very good recipe!"

"These are so easy and really good. I've made them twice now for parties. This time I used half crimini, and used veggie broth instead of beef to accommodate one of the attendees. Still tasted yummy. Another reviewer added Merlot for half the broth and that sounds good too. Great recipe!"

"I've made these a couple of times for holiday parties. This time I prepared them the day before so I only had to pop them under the broiler for a few minutes. Served them as a side to beef filet and salmon, and they were gone in no time. I didn't add the scooped out potato to the mix, but will try that next time. I also like another reviewer's twi..."

"I make a batch of this every year for our Christmas Eve dinner with family and friends. I've used both flavored and regular vodka, double the called-for amount, then add Citronage orange Liquer, and add either lemon or lime squeeze. So yummy!"
