"These were great! I made them for breakfast & added orange rind for flavor. They were light & ummm delicious. I used 18% cream coz that's what I had on hand. I don't know if the 35% would make them any better. Certainly, I will make these again. Thanks for sharing"

"I absolutely loved this recipe! It was sooo good. I added a few herbs & 1tbsp of butter to the ingredients. I also used my breadmaker for the dough & as some reviewers mentioned, I "blind-baked" the crust for 6 mins before adding the toppings. Thanks you for sharing. Will make this again for sure."

"This was my first ever attempt at making cookies. I loved them! Because I put it to the vote in my house, the consensus was a 4-star.I do think I over-creamed them. They were too soft. I had to bake them for more than 10mins... I was afraid they would harden overnight but they are still soft and chewy this morning. I'll try them again for sure..."
