"Quick, easy. Made this with whole white wheat. Definitely add a little salt, it tasted a bit bland without it. I also ended up having to double this to make one pizza, but we have "extra large" pizza pans. For a medium or large pizza one batch might be enough."

"Followed this recipe except that I cooked the rice on the stove and only soaked it 10 minutes before I started cooking. I used all the sugar sauce and let it sit in the cooked rice while we ate dinner... it had all absorbed into the rice by then. When I've had this in restaurants the mango has been warm, so next time I'll try popping it in the ove..."

"I was getting ready to post the recipe I just made, but this is almost exactly the same so no need to post my own. After frying the potatoes 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure that all sides were browned, it called for adding 1 cup of water, seasoning to taste, and simmering 10-15 minutes, cover..."

"Mmm... ethnic comfort food! I didn't have access to traditional beans so I used "great northern" beans and it was still delicious. The combo of chorizo, ham, and beans was very satisfying, and anything saffron in it is good! I served this with a spinach, walnut and manchego salad. I did not need the extra butter because our chorizo had enough fat ..."

"Made an almost identical recipe from one of my Thai cookbooks last night. It was a little different: I used sweet potatoes instead of eggplant, and I pre-cooked my eggplant in the microwave since it takes longer to cook than chicken does. I diced it and added it at the end.
This is quick to make and is delicious!"
