"Fabulous! I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone raved about it. I don't even like balsamic vinegar, yet somehow this sounded appealing and boy am I glad I gave it a try. I even sent my husband on a special trip to the store to get gorgonzola, but forgot to put it on the salad!! It was wonderful anyway! Will definitely be making this again..."

"This was super yummy!! I tried making scalloped potatoes a few years back, but it was one of those cream of mushroom soup recipes, and it just wasn't edible. Finally decided to give scalloped potatoes a try again and boy am I happy I tried this recipe... it's fantastic!! Love the cayenne pepper kick, too. This is a winner!!"

"I've been making this recipe for about a year now and am finally getting around to writing a review. This is now the ONLY recipe I use for tuna casserole! It is wonderful!!! I do add an extra can of tuna, frozen green peas and a dash of garlic powder (a great way to sneak the veggies into the kids. : So glad I found this recipe!"

"This was easy to make and tasted great on a cold fall morning! I made it the day before and poured the eggs in ahead of time too. It baked up just fine. We felt it needed a little something else, so next time I'll probably throw in some cayenne pepper and maybe some Tabasco on top!"

"Made this today and my 7 year old and twin 10 month olds loved it! My older son stirred peas into it and gobbled it down & wanted seconds. I was scared to make this as I haven't historically had good luck with "roux," but this seemed so easy! To up the creamy factor, I used half skim milk and half half-n-half (would've used fat free evap. milk,..."

"My family really enjoyed this! We were in the mood for some comfort food, but it needed to be fast & simple. I had almost everything on hand to make this (I always keep baggies of cooked chicken in my freezer for just such occasions. I didn't have any Durkee onions, but I added chopped fresh onions and it still tasted great. Also didn't take..."

"My family really enjoyed this and we will definitely make it again! I used leftover chicken, diced onions from the freezer and leftover broccoli in place of the mushrooms & red pepper (neither of which I had on hand. It was so simple to make! For other conversion-challenged cooks out there, here's what the ounces in the recipe equate to (appro..."

"Outstanding! And that's from a person who has never liked pasta salads in her life!! I only made the recipe bkz my husband and son love it, so thought I'd give it a go since his parents were visiting. Everyone raved about it and my husband said it just may be the best pasta salad he's ever had. It made a HUGE amount, perfect for a potluck, but..."

"We've made these several times and I'm never disappointed! It's a nice hearty muffin that works well as an afternoon snack, too. I've always used the vanilla yogurt rather than plain, so can't comment on that. One hint... unless you like soggy muffins the next day, I suggest loosely covering these. Love these!!"
