     |  By Karen=^..^=

"I made this last week and it was wonderful. Very simple and quick to make, which is good for those hectic times. I used lemon juice and substituted vanilla powder for the cinnamon. I used a bit more than the 4 cups of blueberries and used a frozen pre-made pie crust. Mine was not a deep shell--so I ended up with 2 pies--which turned out great ..."

"I made these for the 4th of July. Very easy to make. I managed to leave the graham crackers at the grocery store--so I went with Plan B--and used some shortbread cookies I had on hand. Only other change I made was to add some lemon zest. These were yummy! My husband really liked them--so I will make again."

"I made these this week. Very simple to make. I did add some finely chopped pecans, other than that, I followed the recipe. We really enjoyed them. This is more like a shortbread cookie--which I was looking for. I will make these again. Oh, I used european style butter which has a higher butterfat content."

"I made this today. It was fairly easy. I used cremini & shitake mushrooms for the fresh mushrooms as that is all I could find today. Other than that--I followed the recipe as written. I served it over Rossi's Wild Mushroom Pasta. It was so yummy! Even though there is cream in this sauce--it is not heavy. The flavor is so rich. I will make ..."

"These were really yummy! I did follow some other reviewers idea of adding garlic--about 3 cloves finely chopped. I used a bit more cinnamon--I don't really measure when I cook. I chopped the onion finely and I had a bunch of fresh parsley sitting on the counter and added that as well. I formed into patties and cooked on my cast iron griddle. T..."

"I made this last night for dinner and it was wonderful. I didn't have any shallots, so I used some garlic paste--about a teaspoon as it is intense. I cut up a lemon and put the slices on top of the fish. I used panko breadcrumbs as that is my preferences and I did use a bit more parsley. This was so easy to put together and the taste was fanta..."

"I just made this tonight and it was outstanding. I used brown basmati rice, a red onion and fresh garlic. I sauteed the garlic & onion before adding it. I used lemon juice instead of water to mix with the tahini. I used Penzey's pasta sprinkle which has basil, oregano, thyme & garlic. Oh, and I did add salt. I served it as a side dish tonigh..."

"Awesome cookie. My husband raved about them. I made them for Easter--rolled the dough and did bunnies and chickens and decorated with colored sugar. Only change I made was add vanilla powder in addition to the extract. Great dough to work with--I will be making these again and adding to my holiday cookie recipes. Thanks for sharing."

"I've never made meringues before and these were quite easy to make! I love mint--but made them using vanilla extract as that's what everyone wanted! I tinted them pink for Easter. They were delicious. I used the ziplock bag to pipe them onto the baking sheets which I lined with parchment. A great recipe that I will make again. I used a Kithe..."

"I just made this today--so easy to make. I've never made ice cream. I have a cuisinart ice cream/sorbet maker that I use to make sorbet all the time. I followed the directions exactly. I used figlets--smaller figs as that was all I could find this time of year--so I used a few more than 8 due to the size. The taste was amazing--I will be maki..."
