    "This is a fabulous recipe! I didn't have caramel color, but it really was a rich color on its own. I did add about 1/2 tsp of nutmeg to it (which I have used from other recipes. I also deleted the salt, as I found there to be enough of a salty taste on its own (just right!A rich and wonderful soup that makes my mouth water at the thought ..."
