"I typically cut this recipe in half and there is plenty to go around. We also use grated cheddar cheese rather than american cheese. The whole family enjoys this meal. I love that it fills everyone up and is affordable to make."

My only negative comment is that I thought they were too salty. I used margarine because it was what I had on hand but will use unsalted butter next time."

"Have made these potatoes for several parties and a few dinners at home and always get requests for the recipe. They are great! I used my food processor to slice the potatoes which made prep even easier. Lots of great flavor especially considering the small amount of time they take to make. I think it's important to use a good sharp cheddar che..."
