Reviewed Creamy Lemon-Pepper Orzo with Grilled Chicken

"This was a great dish. I did season up the chicken a bit more (using garlic pepper and some of the lemon zest before cooking. I used 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cooked them stovetop in my cast iron. I also didn't have any fresh herbs so I used garlic and herb goat cheese. Turned out great!"

"This dish was easy and tasty! I used Dijon mustard (mustard type wasn't specified which blended well with the wine in the sauce. I would like to make this again using the horseradish variation (even though DH doesn't like horseradish and it has mysteriously disappeared from the fridge--coincidence? I think not. We served this with s..."

"This dish was good- quick and easy too (props for using just one skillet. I may make again with some modification. The rosemary was just too overpowering, which I realize may just be personal preference. Even with 1" chops this cooked fairly quickly (we like our pork on the med/med-well side so the garlic and rosemary didn't really h..."

Reviewed Stuffed Chicken Divan with a Sherry Dijon Sauce

"This was tasty enough. I wish I'd looked at some of the other reviews/suggestions. I had leftover filling and ended up mixing that into the sauce. I browned the chicken in my cast iron skillet and that could go directly under the broiler (so many dishes in this recipe! The broiling gave the chicken a flavorful crust. Overall, it was good, ..."

"These were good and all the better for their easiness. I had 4 bananas that I need to use so I went ahead and threw them all in. That change worked just fine. I gave it 4 stars because they were a bit too sweet for me (and I have a loud sweet tooth and the cooking time was a bit long, but that may just be my oven. Next time I will cut the add..."

"This is quick and easy and I always have the ingredients on hand. I did start with an 8 oz can of tomato sauce and supplemented with a couple Tbsp of ketchup. It still wasn't "sloppy" enough, so I doubled all the other sauce ingredients proportionally."
