"This may be the best salad ever! I doubled the dressing and 4 crushed garlic cloves (I am a garlic fiend, but otherwise left everything the same. I am always on the lookout for different kinds of salads, especially ones that contain beans, so this was perfect. Thanks for sharing!"

"Indian spices plus cauliflower = fantastic! This was *almost* too spicy for me and I only used one chili pepper. It made my nose run, but that's a good thing! This is probably one of the best Indian dishes I've ever made and I will definitely be using this recipe when I have Indian food cravings. Served with recipe #73679."

"I totally forgot to add the lemon juice, but I don't know that it would have necessarily made this dish any better. Indian food is probably my favorite genre of food, so I make it often. Very few of my dishes ever turn out as well as in a restaurant, though. Most recipes I've tried before are decent and I would make them again, but this one blows ..."

"This was very tasty! I was way hungry and didn't have much to eat in the house 'cause I just moved, but fortunately I had everything to make this. I did add two celery stalks and I had to sub 1 tsp. dry mustard powder for the 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard and I did not add the optional oil. I put it on a whole wheat tortilla with lettuce and tomato. I ..."

"Delicious!! I used to buy a ginger dressing at the store, but they don't seem to carry it anymore so I decided to try to make my own. This was fantastic. Definitely better than what I bought at the store and I even think it may be better than what I've had in restaurants. I didn't measure out the ginger or the garlic -- just threw in a big chunk o..."

"Pretty good recipe. It was late and I hadn't been grocery shopping for awhile, but fortunately I had everything needed for this. I mixed this up in my food processor and it was quite mushy, so I was a little concerned about the final product. I measured it out in 1/2 cup portions, spread that out a little on a baking sheet, then baked at 375 F for..."

"I'd been eying this recipe for awhile now, but never got around to making it. I made a seitan pot roast earlier in the crock pot, but it turned out quite dry and a bit bland. This gravy made a world of difference! This will definitely be my go-to brown gravy recipe from now on."

"These are fantastic! I'd been making the same waffle recipe for a long time now, but I decided to try something different and I'm so glad I did. They really are perfect because I enjoyed these without any kind of syrup or topping. The recipe made 12 waffles on my waffle iron, so plenty to keep for leftovers!"

"I followed the directions exactly for this recipe in the crock pot and it was horrendous! I couldn't even eat it. I'm not sure why it turned out so badly -- the only thing I can come up with is that it's because I used frozen veggies. Though, that shouldn't have completely ruined it."

"To be honest, I was skeptical. I've tried soooo many vegan "cheeses" and nothing has satisfied. Until now! This was fantastic, and this will definitely be my go-to recipe from now on.Also just wanted to mention that I believe this recipe comes from Jo Stepaniak's book 'The UnCheese Cookbook.'"
