"WOW! This soup is fantastic. I took the lazy way out and just chopped up some russets with the skins on. I used a 12 oz. bottle of Rosarita salsa verde instead of the green chiles, and threw in about a teaspoon of cumin, as well. I probably got a little heavy-handed with the onion powder, too. Cooked it on low for 8 hours, and then my husband..."

"YUM. How easy and tasty can it get? I used a package of 9 beef and bean burritos to fill up the pan, and the rest per recipe. VERY tasty--got hearty approvals from DH and son. "A definite do-again!" was the consensus. Thanks for such an easy comfort food fix."

"My family LOVES this recipe! It is our "go-to" dish for bake sales, pot lucks, and work lunches. Is best eaten the day after it's baked, and the flavor combinations are endless! My 9-year-old daughter made a lemon mix/lemon frosting combo to take to the fire station, and it turned out beautifully. THANKS!"

"Ohhhhhhhhh MY! This was INCREDIBLE!! Was looking for a recipe that my just-learning-to-cook DH could tackle, and this looked good. We wanted to feel somewhat sensible, so I used reduced-fat cream cheese and fat free Cool Whip. Made a raspberry sauce to go on top. Was it good? Nope....it was eyes-roll-back-in-your-head AMAZING! THANK YOU for..."

"LOVE this bread! Tastes just like the loaf my high school best friend's mother used to make--and I ate that stuff at every opportunity. Thanks for the great recipe, 1Steve."

"Excellent, excellent, excellent!! I tend to leave out the feta, simply because I don't usually have it on hand. The taste is identical to what I buy at my local market, and it's SO much more economical to make it myself. Thanks, 1Steve, for a fantastic recipe!"

"Excellent, excellent, excellent! We love this bread. It comes out perfectly textured every time (and we do cut WAY down on the butter--just a personal preference. We've had fun experimenting with different kinds of beers, too. Used a blueberry ale once that turned out fantastic as a loaf."

"My fiance and I aren't big fans of traditional chili mac, but this one looked different. Gave it a try, and he LOVED it! I thought it was great, too. I did add a mess 'o grated Mexican blend cheese on top--that made it even better. Leftovers are good, too!"

"Thank you, Kozmic--I am now the hero of the day with my coworkers! I made this for a birthday celebration, and it was a hit. I had several people say it was the best cake they had EVER eaten. I couldn't disagree! I doubled the frosting as some have suggested, and that really made it even better. Not an inexpensive or quick cake to make, but M..."
