"Oh these were sooo good! I didn't have any dried bread crumbs around, so I ground up some shredded wheat cereal as a sub. These were tasty by themselves, but I opted to dip them in ranch dressing. Thank you for your consistently tasty recipes Kittencal!"

"I loved these! They held together really well and were so tasty and filling. I didn't have any caraway seeds on hand, but made the rest of the recipe as directed. We ate them with honey mustard, as other reviewers have suggested, and I was surprised at how well they went together. Thanks for the recipe!"

"What a winner! I wish my mother had used a squash recipe like this when I was small. I have many memories of being stuck at the dinner table until I finished my squash. On with the review- I loved the sweet and savory flavors of this dish. I cut down a little on the oil and paid for it when my squash wouldn't release easily from the sheet pan...."

"This was pretty good, but seemed to lack a little flavor as another reviewer stated. I doubled the recipe, used yellow onion instead of the shallot, and used presoaked dried beans. I noticed other reviewers commented that the soup was too salty. I didn't have that problem, probably because I used the dried beans instead of canned. I think I wo..."

"These are awesome! I made them for my hubby's b-day, he's a big fan of pb cups so I thought the pb/choc combo would be perfect. The chocolate cake was so moist and rich, I used Ghiradelli cocoa. The pb frosting really made the dessert though. I added a 1/2 mini pb cup on top of each cupcake. They were picture perfect."

"Yum! What a great breakfast for a cold winter day. I made few changes: substituted 1/4 c. flax meal for 1/4 c. flour, used 1/8 c. oil versus 1/4 c., and added 1 tsp. vanilla extract. These waffles are good plain, with syrup, with blueberries and bananas, and with homemade strawberry sauce. Thanks, this is a keeper."

"Easy and delicious! I doubled the recipe and am so glad that I have leftovers. I added a little soy sauce to my serving, but not enough to overpower it. This was a perfect accompaniment to the shrimp and noodle stir fry I also made. Thank you."

"Hearty and filling. This made quite a bit, as it filled my crock pot to the brim. I believe that smoked sausage would add great texture and flavor to the soup. I will make sure that I have some on hand next time."

"These were so-so. My dough never rose very much. I know the yeast was good, since the bread dough I made earlier in the week rose properly. Maybe my thermometer is off? Anyways, I'm giving this three stars because they tasted good despite the density of the bread. I made the sweet version, but added way too much sugar. I ended up with brown..."

"Fantastic! I'm eating these now as I'm writing this review. These pancakes are so tender and rose quite a bit while cooking. I made the recipe as suggested, but reduced the oil to 1 tbsp and added about one cup of frozen blueberries to the batter. I topped them with homemade strawberry sauce, and they were so delicious. Thanks so much for the..."
