"This was super! Loved it! I had to use Marsala as I didn't have any saki or sherry on hand.
Thanks a bunch for sharing!"

"Delicious! I think for me, I will do patties next time so that I can tell when the veggies are getting browned and not burned. I used my sense of smell, but was anxious about burning it.
Thanks a bunch for posting this very good recipe!"

"We really liked this! The Tabasco and Cayenne were a very nice surprise as it left just a little kick in our mouths after the first bite. It was not overpowering at all!
I used a cup of Couscous and one and a half cups of water. I was looking for a more starchy side dish, so I used a cup of Couscous and one and a half cups of water. I a..."

"I love this recipe!! Easy and delicious!
I even made a mistake and added the vinegar with the other ingredients and not at the end. The sprouts still turned out super!
I used brown sugar. It gave a nice flavor with the vinegar.
I will be making these again.
Thanks a bunch!!!!"

"At first I wasn't sure I liked the lemon in this recipe. However, after the vegetables sat for a bit, the lemon was quite nice!
I used more salt and pepper and olive oil as well.
Very good recipe! One I will be making again!
Thanks for sharing.."

"Love this simple and delicious recipe. Very refreshing for a summer meal.
I didn't have scallops on the shell and I added a few capers.
I served this with creamy mashed potatoes, sugar snap peas and a side of beets. Very pretty dish!
A keeper for sure!"

"I love one dish meals!! This one was a winner. Easy, easy,
I did a change though. I had some mashed potatoes left over and used it for the layering also. With the stuffing on bottom and again on top as the recipe suggested.. I figured, why not?
I also sauteed some onion, celery and mushrooms and layered that in the dish too.
