"Absolutely fabulous! I used baker's sugar (super refined and it was sooo good! I had mixed feelings about the topping based on some reviews, but went ahead and made it. It was a huge hit with my family - we didn't need any dessert after that "salad." I used Neufchatel cheese instead of regular cream cheese and it was fabulous. I did cheat an..."

"I doubled the recipe as this was for my family and used Roma tomatoes. I added a little balsamic to it and it was wonderful! The whole family dug in and there were ZERO left overs...but more than one request for the recipe! thanks!!!"

"After reading some of the unfavorable reviews regarding the "bland" taste, I doubled the recipe and used one jar mild, and one jar medium salsa. I also added a couple teaspoons (didn't measure of Ancho Chile Powder to the mix and the results were FABULOUS! True, this isn't the most beautiful dish once it gets mixed together, but I grew up havin..."

"Very easy to make and so simple with fantastic results. It's got a mild flavor that is easy to spice up if you want. First time making anything using butternut squash and was very happy with the results!"

"I'll have to get used to this for sure. It definitely helped chilling the drink before having it. The beet was a very dominate flavor, but of course I'm new to juicing. It was a strong flavored drink, but still good and it was filling too! Once I get used to drinking my veggies, this will be one that I keep coming back to."

"Good recipe. Sweet and tasty. A little pulpy though, so I put mine in the freezer to make it more slushie-like. That helped with the consistency, and the second one I made I cut with water - that only needed to be chilled in the fridge. Overall, a good recipe to have, thanks!"

"I think the lemon I used was too small, so I added the whole thing. I also added four medium strawberries, and that also tasted really good."
