"This has been my go-to recipe for creamy coleslaw since 2005! Friends ask me to bring it to cook-outs all the time. Thank you, Kaarin!"

    LinMarie says:

"My favorite recipe for waldorf salad! The banana melds with the dressing to complement tart apples perfectly. All the ingredients are usually found in my kitchen, so I make it often as a no-cook side dish for barbecued meats, in place of potato salad. As JOY1998 suggested, dried cranberries are a tasty addition."

"Day 2 was a big hit and day 1 was good, too. The 1.5 pounds of sweet potatoes (3 medium) made a lot. I would cut back to 1 pound (2 sweet potatoes) next time. Thanks for two new healthy and easy meals."

    LinMarie says:

"Wonderfully moist, especially for cut-out cookies, with good peanut butter flavor. I substituted Splenda brown sugar. The dough was very tender and needs fairly simple shapes to hold together. This was a healthy change from my usual cut-out dough, more protein and less saturated fat."

    LinMarie says:

"Tasty and easy. I used garlic powder and rice vinegar in place of the crushed garlic and lemon juice to make a quick, off-the-shelf marinade in the morning. Then 30 minutes in the oven and done. The teens loved it as much as the adults."
