    "I have made this 4 times now and the family loves it. One thing I did was add fresh carrots the last time. If you do that, cut down the brown sugar a bit as the carrots will add their own sweetener"

    "This is one tasty dish!! We made it the secone time with Lime juice instead of lemon and it wasn't nearly as good. Stick with the lemon. This has become a weekend staple around my house."
