"Great easy recipe. I didn't want to wait 2 hours for a rise. This made just the right size for the 2 of us. Tasted great, used the tip of baking the crust first. I liked that it wasn't soggy. I added some garlic salt to the finished dough and sprinkled some cornmeal on my baking stone. I'll be using this one again."

"I liked that this didn't have cream cheese added to it. I didn't toast the coriander. Also didn't have a cinnamon stick so I just sprinkled a little cinnamon to it. I'm going to make this again."

"I really liked this. I've had the recipe for a while & finally tried it. I changed just a little of it. First I only made half. I used 4 small pot pie pans which fit the 1/2 recipe perfectly. I added about a teaspoon of honey Dijon mustard. Instead of the halved pecans I topped it with chopped pecans. Otherwise I followed the recipe. I will be mak..."

"My husband just loved these. I mixed them by hand. Otherwise I didn't change a thing. I made a dozen regular muffins plus about 20 mini muffins. I also baked at 400 for 15 minutes. I don't have good luck using paper so I sprayed my tins and ran a knife around the edge and they popped right out. Thanks for a great recipe, I'll definitely make these..."

"When my husband tried this he said he'd died and gone to heaven! I thought maybe I should glaze this but I think it would be too sweet. I did cut back on the white sugar in the filling, I don't know that you even need it. My house smells so good! Thanks a lot this is a definite keeper!"

"I didn't change this recipe much. I halved the recipe, used a can of green chiles instead of the jalapenos. Added 1 t of Spanish paprika, 1/2 cup of chopped celery, 1/4 cup of chopped green onions and about 1/2 cup of sour cream. I really liked the degree of spiciness not too hot and not too mild. We will definitely be having this again!"

"We liked this a lot. I cut the recipe in 1/2 since there's only 2 of us. I used 1/2 & 1/2 instead of the cream. I added a little corn starch and some grated Parmesan cheese to thicken up the sauce. Also didn't have any sun dried tomatoes so I used a can of petite diced tomatoes. I really liked the flavor ! Thanks."

"I really liked this recipe. It's not overly sweet and easy to work with. I chose to make cutouts. I have problems making sugar cookies but this dough worked really easy. My husband ate about a dozen right out of the oven so I guess he agrees that its a great recipe."

"I love this recipe. It's easy to half too since there are only 2 of us. I took your advice and doubled the ingredients except I only used 5 small potatoes. I had to cook for a little longer than the 30 minutes. I turned the over down to 400 but didn't cover them. They still turned out fine. Thanks for a great recipe!"

"This was very easy to make and tastes great. I went with a little less than 3 tablespoons of the chili powder. I like the depth that the cocoa added. I actually use cocoa in a chili recipe so I knew this would be good. I had all the ingredients on hand so that was a plus too, I don't usually keep the canned enchilada sauce in my pantry so this wor..."
