"I love pickles & dill, so I had to try this dressing. I used the juice of a spicy garlic pickle and used agave syrup to taste instead of sugar and fresh garlic instead of powder. Yumm!! BTW, I never throw out the pickle juice...just cut up another cucumber into spears & add to the juice, let sit a few days (the longer the better...more pickles!"

"Amazing crust! I used butter instead of oil measured out after adding the milk and a teaspoon of vanilla extract in the half cup. Also used a tbs. of sugar and 3/4 of a tsp. of salt as suggested. Used to make a pumpkin pie, the crust held up nicely and was buttery, flaky and also had a crisp texture which was a nice contrast to the creamy filling...."

"The DH & I really enjoyed this. I too left out the caraway seeds just cause I didn't have any. I only had dijon but would have preferred the spicy brown. I had it on low and checked on it 6 1/2 hrs in, the DH was hungry & it was ready! Thanks for posting!"

"These muffins were delightful without all the guilt. I used a cup of whole wheat and 1/2 all purpose. This makes a lot of cinnamon/sugar topping. I used a little less than a tsp. per muffin and stored the rest for other uses. I did not have a problem with the topping falling off or the muffins being dry. I got exactly 12 regular sized muffins and ..."

"Amazing apple crisp. I usually don't care for anything involving cooked fruit, but I'll eat this anyday! This was delicious warm out of the oven or cold the next day. I did add a dash of nutmeg and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to the topping. The crisp is like the best oatmeal cookie you ever had. I used eight small organic golden delicious apples thickly sl..."
