"You HAVE to try this...IT'S SCRUMMY!!!!! Moist and light, just the right amount of sweetness. And, the FRAGRANCE WHILE BAKING...amazing! I used bread flour and added some walnuts that I toasted just a bit. Can't wait to try it toasted and with peanut butter. THANKS SOOTY CAT!!"

"This turned out delish with a beautiful tangy flavor and nice brown crunchy crust. Went great with the smoked ham my hubbie made on the grill. The grilled ham sandwiches the next day were great too! I did add a bit extra swiss cheese. Thanks for the great recipe!"
