"I make this casserole once every 2 weeks. I've modified it to suit our personal tastes, but it would still be excellent w/o the modifications. Instead of taco seasoning I use ground cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, tabasco, garlic powder & ground oregano. Served with a side of mexican rice and it's one of our favorite meals.
