"I used garlic salt and pepper to season these before putting them in the oven. They turned out perfectly seasoned and very tender! Beware of the steam that will hit you in the face when opening the oven!!!"

    LinMarie says:

"Did this last night..was a really quick meal. I used canned bamboo shoots and added some mushrooms as well. I didn't have broccoli, so I used frozen green beans. It worked out well, but I think I was using too much of everything, so I added a little more chicken broth and soy sauce. Served it over some Herbed Basmati Rice Pilaf and was good to..."

    LinMarie says:

"I forgot to add the thyme, so it wasn't herbed at all for me! It was still pretty good! I made my broth from boullion granules, so it was a bit salty. My basmati is also whole grain--kind of like the brown rice of basmati. So I can never get it to cook up fluffy like the rice I get at Indian restaurants. This recipe left the rice firm, but co..."

    LinMarie says:

"I didn't have the sesame seeds and used one 10 oz bag of fresh spinach. Spinach really cooks down, so it only made two servings worth. The sesame seeds would have given it a nice nutty touch, but overall the spinach turned out ok. A dash of salt in the ingredients also helped bring the flavors out."

"This recipe was perfect! It was so easy to make and only used up one pan. I used Grey Poupon for my dijon mustard and it gave a nice touch to the mushroom and onions topping. The steaks were cooked as directed and came out perfect--not too done and not too rare."

"I used plain moz as it was all I had on hand. I also cut up grape tomatoes and used them since I did not have big tomatoes. I used a boboli whole wheat shell and used my Pizzazz pizza oven on the DUAL setting for 12 minutes. It tuend out great. I would suggest a sprinkling of garlic salt as it is a bit bland without it for me!"

    LinMarie says:

"I made this as a side dish for dinner with pork chops and it was great! Mine was a bit runny, but I think that was because I didn't drain the tomatoes well enough or let it sit out before cutting into it. My roomie couldn't believe there was no egg and kept calling it quiche!"

    LinMarie says:

"I made this with only 2 mahi-mahi filets that were the equivalent of 1/2 lb of fish. I didn't think to reduce the recipe, so I had a lot of sauce! My sauce was soupy and wasn't really "spreadable". I'm not quite sure what I did wrong except maybe use too much lemon juice on the fish (the extra rolled off to the bottom of the baking dish) or..."

"I made this using defrosted boneless chicken strips and it came out great! The chicken was very moist and there was more than enough extra sauce in the dish to pour over the chicken before serving."
