"Ok I did alter it a little trying to save a step. I used Tony's Creole Seasoning which I sprinkled on the chicken and left it "marinating" in the fridge all day. My mistake was too much of it. The sodium level was too much but the spice was just right. Next time if I use it I will cut back on the amount I sprinkled on the chicken. WHAT I LOVED..."
