"I changed up the spices (http://msfishfood.blogspot.com/ and used a silicone mat instead of parchment paper. I did have a bit of trouble cooking the whole mixture on the burner for three minutes because the nuts soaked up all of the mixture. It cooked in the oven alright, no burning and it was easy to transfer the silicone mat to the wire rack ..."

"Cooked exactly as directed. Waited the 10 minutes and when I cut into it it was not done. Had to put it back in the oven for 25 minutes at 300 to get it to set. Will not be using this recipe again."

"The dumplings were delicious! I used my own chicken stock recipe. I rolled the dumplings out and cut them with a pizza cutter. Next time I will roll them a lot thinner as they puff up quite a bit! I cannot WAIT till dinner tonight! I will be making these a lot, no more noodles in a bag for this family."

"The recipe says it makes 12, so i doubled the recipe and ended up with 30 cupcakes...in this case more is definitely better! I love to cook and try new recipes and this one is a winner and a keeper! I will have to change very little, mainly the cooking method, the cupcakes stick in the muffin papers even though I sprayed them with cooking spray...."

"Made more than 12 muffins, the cream cheese was hard to put in the middle. I felt like I needed three sets of hands. So I used a cake decorator tube and tip to squirt it in the middle. Most of my muffins have a whole in the middle where the cream cheese was, however they are still soft and yummy! This is going to be a replacement for my stand..."
