"So easy and elegant. I hadn't bought filet mignon in quite a long time and was surprised that it wasn't crazy expensive. I will def. make this again. Makes a lovely romantic dinner!"

"Really authentic and tasty. I couldn't find tomatillo peppers at my supermarket but I found something even better. It's a canned salsa verde from Mexico that already has the tomatillos in it so I cheated. I did add the pureed serranos though...they gave it a bit of heat. Really yummy!"

"Now there's no excuse to buy store bought rub when you have a great rub like this that's so simple to make. Rubbed this on my baby backs and the taste was tremendous. Cooked at 225 for 21/2 hours and snow did not permit outdoor grilling. Still perfect. The ribs were too fatty but that's not your fault! This one's a keeper for sure"

This recipe is a keeper for ..."

"Outstanding and so easy. I too added about 3/4 t. of brown sugar to boost the sweetness of the tomatoes. I used fresh basil just b/cause I LOVE basil. I Used canned stewed tomatoes (accidently bought stewed tomatoes with green pepper, onion and celery which worked smashingly. I pureed the stewed tomatoes with the fresh basil in Food Processo..."

"I made this dish last night b/cause the recipe contains all the herbs I have in my garden. Not to be too critical, I felt that this dish was labor intensive and quite unhealthy. The sauce was tasty but I feel that this dish could be simplified and made much more healthy. I wouldn't make it in this form, but I would use the combo. of herbs and w..."

"Outstanding...I found this recipe so that I could use some of my fast growing cilantro and it was wonderful. I did add some cilantro to the beans before I placed them in the food processor for a little extra flavor. Far tastier and lighter than regular chili."
