"This was delicious. I made it pretty much as written except for a few changes. I didn't have kale or swiss chard so I used spinach. I couldn't believe I didn't have chicken broth so I used beef broth instead. I grated two carrots and added them. I didn't notice a significant change compared to what I've had at Olive Garden. Yuuuuuuuuuummmmmy. UPD..."

"Well, not that one more review will matter, but this was excellent. I was given a big bag of cut broccoli and wanted to make soup. Since I've never made this kind of soup before I went to my trusty food.com to find the recipe. I decided to try this because of the reviews, but I've never had Panera breads broccoli cheese soup. All I can say is Yum..."

"I love corned beef hash, but never made it. There was a special at a local Italian store on corned beef lunch meat so the rest they say is history. I looked through the other recipes and this one suited my tastes. The only thing I didn't have was the steak sauce, but it was still delicious and so easy. I made two poached eggs to go with it....yum..."

"I made this tonight to use up some leftover Christmas ham and it was delicious. Everyone went back for seconds, which is always a good sign, especially when two of them are picky eaters. I didn't add the onion because of the picky eaters and used onion powder instead. I also added some dry mustard powder too. This one is a keeper. Thanks Barbara"

"My son had a friend over and I had a rare Saturday off and didn't feel like getting too involved with cooking so I made these with steaks on the grill. They were a hit. I used Miracle Whip but I think next time I will try them with mayonaise and see what the difference is. I am a mayo person so I think for my personal taste that would work bette..."

"I never had or made poached eggs before. Like others I was skeptical because I'm not a big fan of ketchup, but these were really good and very easy. They were even a big hit with my DH who is very picky and usually won't try new things. I sauteed 1/2 of a medium onion and one clove of garlic in a teaspoon of butter. Then I added the ketchup mixtur..."

"These were very easy to make. I had leftover mashed potatoes from Christmas and wanted to use them and found this recipe. I don't know why I bother looking in cookbooks when I end up finding what I need right here. I love Recipezaar and have it as my homepage. This recipe made 24 for me. Thank you Rita."

"This was really good. I didn't use the bacon because I'm able to get hamburger with bacon ground into it from a local grocer. I used panko breadcrumbs because that's all I had on hand and dijon mustard instead of the regular. I didn't put the ketchup on top of the meatloaf because it's a personal preference.
