    "This was excellent! I chose this recipe instead of one where you fried the shrimp. Next time though, I think I'll put a bit more spray on the foil because some of my coconut stuck to the baking sheet. Either way, it was delicious. We dipped it in a mango sauce I had and it was DELICIOUS! Thanks"
