"This was really good! I doubled the gravy directions and I'm glad I did! Served with mashed potatoes. My only regret is that I used thin cut chuck steaks and the meat wasn't as fork-tender as I'd like so it probably over cooked in initial browning-next time I'm going to use fat steaks to start. Thanks for sharing the technique!"

"I had 9 banana muffins with mini chocolate chip sprinkles that I baked a couple of days ago, but they came out rather dry and I was just about to throw them away when I realized that the muffins would be a great replacement to stale bread! Next, I saw that the milk in the recipe specifically said NOT SKIM and of course, all I had was skim, so I u..."

"Wow. The blend of those flavors were spot-on delicious! I even REALLY cheated and used cut up fish sticks (! - it was the only fish I had on hand. These were so scrumptious I couldn't even believe it. Thanks for sharing this one with the rest of us! Will make it into my monthly (if not weekly rotation!"

One that had no extra carbs no added salt and no added sugar. Not an easy task but lo and behold I found yours!!!! I really didn't think it would be done even after 6 hours baking at 250 degrees. B..."

"Had to add a sprinkling of flour and also threw in a TBS of butter to my pan sauce at the end to thicken it up slightly but wow...incredibly good for a quick and easy steak. I used boneless Chuck Eyes and cooked to medium. The wine/broth sauce was so very tasty-I would say it was restaurant quality! Thanks Terri!"

"Very interesting little casserole! I have never baked frozen (thawed shrimp before and didn't exactly know what to expect. So I waited skeptically outside the oven. I still questioned this meal right up until I ate the last bite. It's good! I am not a fan of olives but I kept them in anyway cuz DH likes them and I actually didn't pick them out..."
