"I can't tell you how much I love these muffins! I ended up going with the suggestion of 1/2 c water and 1/2 c milk, and I used 1/4 c egg beater for the egg. This gave it a wonderful cake like texture. I also sprinkled pumpkin pie spice on the top during mixing. I baked these 3 ways-as regular sized muffins, as muffin tops, and as a small cake..."

"OMG. These really are wonderful. I used Andes mint bits, melted in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, another 30 seconds until melted. Then I used two forks to push the crackers into the chocolate and when lifted the extra chocolate dripped through the fork. I had a baking sheet already cooling in the fridge and put these on top of wax paper ..."

The only changes I made to this were to use Recipe #14372 in place of the chili powder and I cut back a layer on the pizza so I only needed 6 tortillas. Quick tip though (I didn't think about it at the time but use the tortillas you fried first which got crispy, but not as crispy as the ones afte..."
