"Exceptionally delicious dressing that made my husband and I lick our plates! :- Very easy too, although next time I'll cut back on the water for a thicker consistency I prefer."

"Excellent soup! I didn't care for the other popular cream of broccoli soup recipe on this site, so when I received more broccoli from my food co-op, I decided to try this recipe and I'm so glad I did! I sauteed the veggies in homemade vegetable broth instead of butter, skipped the flour and butter altogether, added about 1/4 cup of raw cashews (..."

"These were very light, tasty muffins, even using half whole wheat flour. They're not even close to being too orange-y! I sprinkled some turbinado sugar on them before baking, which produced a delicious crunchy top. Next time I'll definitely try adding some blueberries or chocolate chips. The only reason I didn't give the recipe five stars is b..."

"I am in heaven! I had mandarin oranges and cilantro to use up from a food co-op basket this week, and am so glad I came across this recipe! I can only imagine how fabulous it will taste tomorrow. I just finished making it and can't stop eating it. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe. I look forward to making it many more times in the fut..."

"Wow! Delish! No wonder this recipe had so many great reviews. I used a big head of cauliflower and my husband and I easily polished off the pan in one sitting. (Be aware the cauliflower shrinks A LOT when roasted in the oven. I followed the recipe as listed, although next time I think I'll cut the oil in half. I definitely didn't need so mu..."

"These are delicious! Using a food processor is a must (IMHO--I just wish I'd known the tip about using wet hands to roll the balls before making the recipe. :- I rolled mine in unsweetened, shredded coconut and I'll definitely be making them again!"

"Delish! I only wish I'd read the reviews before making them, so I'd know to use WET hands to roll the balls...my hands were a sticky mess! I'm experimenting with goodies for Christmas gifts and these have certainly made the list. One batch made 25 sugarplums and I rolled mine in unsweetened, shredded coconut. Thanks for the recipe!"

"Excellent burger! I made mine on the grill and they held up very well without falling apart. I can't wait to experiment with different beans and spices, as I agree with others who've said it could use some more spices, but it's still excellent as is. I recommend making very thin patties so that they cook all the way through. The recipe made 7 ..."

"Excellent! I'm not a huge asparagus person, but my husband is, and since we just bought a new grill, I decided to make this recipe. I marinated for about an hour and it had plenty of flavor. It cooked in just a few minutes and we scarfed it all up! I've been looking for new veggies to grill and this was delicious!"
