     |  By Vseward (Chef~V)

"This recipe is well put together! It has a nice tomato flavor, and the textures of the other ingredients tortellini and spinach blended well. I rate this 5 stars for the use of ingredients, presentation, and taste! I would only suggest, but this is personal prefence again, more pepper which would make it spicier."

"I felt like carrot cake and found this recipe. It is *Wonderful* I am impressed how one can come up with a recipe for baking. This has a nice moist texture full of flavor I was little hesitant on the Apple Topping, but it was perfect with this dessert. I made the recipe as stated, only change was added more pecans.      |  By Vseward (Chef~V)

"This has a lot of ingredients, but it is definetly straight forward in how to use the Jerk spice as a rub and marinate. The overnight marinating proved to be exceptional. I only had to grill the port for 10 min and each side and it came out really moist and tender. Served with the pineapple salsa really did blend to two flavors together perfectly...."
