"Delish. I actually added 3 carrots to the cauliflower (hey, why not). We ate this as a filling vegetarian dinner last night with a side of kale chips. I used fresh shaved parm and that really sent this over the top!!! Of note, I cooked mine at 400 for about an hour (because my stove sets off the smoke alarm if I cook anything above 400 ARGHHHH..."
"Worked like a charm! I did add 1 Tbs of baking powder and a couple drops of lemon oil for scent. I will certainly use this again. Thanks so much."
"So 5 stars for a moist chicken breast, but even with wonderful salsa on top I think the chicken should be in a marinade before cooking. Perhaps personal preference but true. I made fresh salsa which was a tad bit spicy (on purpose because I made a different salsa chicken recipe in the past and learned that mild salsa was really bland after cooke..."
"OUTSTANDING. Now I know how many of the Mexican restaurants make their salsa - with CANNED tomatoes. I loved this. I did sub out cilantro for the parsley, added some oregano and cumin and lemon pepper. Will make this recipe from now on! Thanks for sharing! UPDATE: I made this again and used Rotel tomatoes with chilis and left out the jalape..."
"MAKE THIS RECIPE!!! Perfectly delish. We made ours with veggie burgers that we just cooked in a non-stick pan and it was just as wonderful without the meat. If you did make it with hamburger, I would suggest using Hawaiian Rolls and add bacon to really set it off! I will surely make this again."
"OH MAMA. . .I just licked my plate clean!!! OOOH Doggie is that spicy mixture awesome (I did add about a 1/4 tsp of brown sugar)! I made two HUGE sweet potatoes and baked them for 1 hour at 375 and they were completely overdone (they were mashed without having to be mashed LOL). I coated the outside with olive oil and a little bit of seasoning ..."
"It's a keeper! I got my squash from a local farmer's market - not sure how big it was - it took an hour to cook to soft. I took the advice of others and sauteed a small onion and a half of a yellow bell pepper (both chopped) and then used Mexican flavored tomatoes instead of the recommended Rotel tomatoes/chilis (Mexican flavor has jal..."
"This was all my favorite individual ingredients, but it didn't please our palate when it was all together. I did make a few additions at the end to oomph the end product. My tomatoes fell apart when cooking (assume tinned ones would not, but I used fresh) so I added some sundried tomatoes at the end which was fun. Also added some sorta spi..."
"This was good. I added some fresh sliced mushrooms as well as some sliced zucchini since they were in the fridge. I topped ours with some vegan mandarin chik'n."
"EXCELLENT soup. I simmered mine on low for about an hour to let the flavors mend prior to letting it cool and putting it in the blender. I didn't have fresh herbs, so I used about 2 T of dried Italian Herbs and it is absolutely perfect. This is restaurant quality soup, my dear! I used roast veggie broth that I bought at the grocery store..."
