    "I made the following changes from the original: First, I cooked the rice in a rice cooker with chicken broth, cilantro, 1 tsp of onion flakes and 2 tsp of lime juice.     "I am usually weary of cooking meat for company because its usually not company worthy. BUT THESE RIBS WERE AMAZING!!! My company and family raved about them.
