"Really a delicious twist on pizza! It's smooth, and creamy. I added it to a roasted herb / garlic crust baked from scratch, and it was a fantastic marriage. Remember, the problem with making pizza is that people have a tendency to go overboard on ingredients. Less can be more, and only then can you really appreciate the flavor of the sauce and..."

"This was a really great recipe! I did add a few peppers, because I had them on hand, and they added a nice flavor, without too much heat. A lot of layers of flavor in this sauce. Very easy, and I had everything on hand. Delicious! Thanks for a great recipe! Went great with a Mesquite Smoked Pork Butt!"

"Family loved this! Thanks for a great recipe! Only thing I really did different was use Pepper Jack, because it's what I had. UPDATE: Made this again tonight. Grilled the chicken with a Tex Mex blend of spices. Really added some umph! Great dish. Also, with the sauce....taste before adding to the dish. We found we needed a little more salt..."

"This is delicious and simple. I used soft corn tortillas, and added just a shot of Texas Pete hot sauce to the mixture, and of course salt and pepper to taste. Turned out just delicious! Served with black beans, diced tomatoes and some chopped hatch chiles. Thanks for an easy recipe that makes for a nice weekly change up!"
