"This recipe is AWESOME for its method! I used my own flavors in the bine and flour but followed the recipe otherwise. The chicken was nice and moist and oh sooooo crunchy. I never used a batter to fry chicken before but this is my new way to make fried chicken."

"Easy recipe. I did one fillet as in the recipe. It was very soggy on the bottom. The rest of the fillets I used panko, parm cheese, lemon zest mixture for the flour. Also I did not add the extra butter mixture to the pan. Instead of paprika I sprinkled old bay on top. With these changes our cod was YUMMY!"

"This recipe is awesome!!! I thought I had reviewed it but found out I didn't when I looked for it for dinner tonight. I have made it with shrimp and tonight I am using turkey kielbasa. The sauce thickens perfectly to cling to the rice. The only thing I did different was to add gumbo file, more garlic, and okra to suit our taste. This one is a ke..."

"These were very moist pork chops! DH ate 2 saying they were perfect. I seasoned my chops first with no salt seasoning (no accent and garlic powder. I used cream of mushroom soup and a can of chicken gravy since we were having mashed potatoes and we LOVE gravy. I also added some minced garlic and chopped onions to gravy for more flavor. "Tasty these chops were nice and moist. After reading the reviews I seasoned the chops before breading. Even though they didn't come out crunchy the flavor was good. I mixed panko with Italian breadcrumbs instead of flour and added some grated parm in. Next time I think I would cook them on a rack to let the grease drain and them to crisp up some. ..."

"Chance77 what a great marinade. The flavor of the steak was awesome. I did make just a few changes though; I ommitted the season salt because of the sodium. Also I added more garlic and some worchester sauce and read peper flakes for zing. I marinated for about 8 hours and grilled in my rocket grill. The steak was so tender. DH and DS could only s..."
