"My hubby doesn't care for mayo based pasta salads, but he enjoyed this one. Would make again. Like another reviewer I added some oregano; fresh basil would have been a good touch too I think."

"Wow - this was way better than my usual white chicken chili, I plan to use it from now on when I'm looking for this dish. I used the corn, but I'm sure that hominy would have been just as good. Served with plain greek yogurt, green onions and salsa on top - really looking forward to leftovers for lunch - makes a ton! If I'd change a..."

"What a great recipe! I separated into 4 ramekins and baked for 30 minutes at 400 - they were a bit try so I'd lower the temp next time. Used frozen blueberries this time around, next time I would add a few raspberries. Topped with whip cream of course."

"Made an excellent vegetarian meal served over steamed rice last night. I used fresh lime juice in place of lemon and threw some fresh cilantro on the top which was a nice touch. Would beef up the spices just a bit as we like ours with lots of spice - looking forward to leftovers this afternoon."

"Great recipe - I've tried making these in a 13x9 pan without much luck. I did melt the chips, butter and sweetened condensed milk all together, no problems doing it that way. As another reviewer noted, I did push down a bit on the peanuts on top and haven't had any issues with them falling off. I keep them in the freezer and then take ou..."

"These were amazing baked pork chops - wish I had read the part about freezing the leftover crumbs before I dumped them out because I'm looking forward to making them again!"

"Loved this vegetarian recipe - since there were only two of us I used only one can of tomatoes and added a little salsa and cumin to change it up a bit. We skipped the tortilla chips and cheese toppers, but it was still amazing. Could see chicken being a flavorful addition."

"Great light dessert - I used frozen raspberries and put them right in with the mousse!"

"This was great served with rice and a nice green veggie! Have made more than once. For two pork chops, I used a glass dish that was maybe 6x6 so I had great coverage. Be sure to serve with cooking sauce, yum is right."
