"These cookies were very good- but maybe a bit misnamed. I didn't realize it until I'd already started, but these are gingerBREAD cookies. Gingersnap are thinner, lighter in colour and almost airy- not fluffy and soft. These are good gingerbread cookies though. I enjoyed eating these- as I searched for a true gingersnap recipe."

"I loved this recipe. I looked at a whole bunch of them, before I decided that this was the one I wanted to try. I loved the fact that it didn't have a billion ingredients to blend in, and that it was remarkably easy in instructions- since I bake with my kids, this is a HUGE thing for me. I loved the way the cake came out, and when I made cupcakes,..."

"I liked this recipe- but I had a few problems with it. First I added the peppermint extract too early, and the whole shebang collapsed, then, on my second attempt, I added the sugar too late, and the whole thing collapsed. When I finally spooned it onto the sheet they looked kind of gross, but when they came out they tasted fine. So, thank you for..."
