"My neighbor has a huge mayhaw tree that is just bursting with fruit so I thought I would give this recipe a try! This was my first attempt at making jelly without using pectin and I am afraid that I didn't let it get up to 225 degrees like I should have. So then, no fault of the recipe, I am "stuck" with 12 pints of mayhaw syrup. No worries! ..."

"I made two batches of this today - we have tons of yellow squash in our garden. The first batch I followed the recipe except substituted 2% milk for the cream. It was luscious. The second batch I used homemade goat's yogurt and again, really, really liked it. The second batch was quite tangy. For both batches I only used yellow squash and I ..."

"Fantastic recipe Wendy! This was so easy to make and everyone wanted the recipe. If you can get a product called "Fetaki" (readily available in Europe and parts of Asia but I stll haven't found here, you can use that in place of the feta and cream cheese. Fetaki is a really creamy feta. I did use an olive oil mayo and found it perfect."

"I made this as a vegetarian option for a large cookout I had. It was a huge hit and was gone by the end of the party. I had all the ingredients ready to assemble at a table next to the grill and then assembled as the veggies were ready. It made the dish go smoothly and both my husband (the official griller and I enjoyed the whole process. I c..."

"I love this recipe! I use it for both pork and chicken and every time the meat turns out so juicy! Definitely soak for at least 48 hours for a large pork loin, can go much less for chicken pieces or pork chops. Usually 1/2 recipe is enough for me to cover the meat that I cook but have used full recipe for brining large chickens or a turkey. T..."

"I can't believe that I haven't rated this yet as I have made this so many times! I just made again for a Christmas church get-together and everyone raved AND asked for the recipe. I love almost all hummus recipes but this one is quite unusual and so very good. Who doesn't like feta cheese and roasted red pepper? Thank you so much for posting s..."

"This is such a flavorful and easy peasy recipe for a weeknight meal! My daughter and I ended up eating the whole pot and the next morning we both had lentil "hangovers", it's that good. We both followed the recommendation and ate with pita - while standing over the stove! Thanks caetb for such a yummy dish."

"These are really, really good! We did not put the marshmellows on top and didn't miss them one bit. Leftovers, and there were not many, we relished. I LOVED these and am trying to figure out a way we can add them to our Christmas Dinner. This will definitely be a Thanksgiving tradition from now on!"

"Yeah Kittencal. I know I am not "normal" but I really don't like the traditional Thanksgiving green bean casserole. I love still crunchy cooked green beans! When everyone said that "we have to have green beans at Thanksgiving" I decided to give these a try. ALL agreed that this is the go to recipe for special dinners. It would be for EVERY di..."
