"This was great, I added the juice of 1 and a half pink grapefruits, and kept the sugar the same. I also cooked it longer to reduce it more. It was so good the whole family licked their plates clean."

"Having had many different styles of this dish (Koprova Omacka, it is good, but I think something might be missing, or that it doesn't translate to US ingredients as well as some other Czech sauces. I will play with it a bit to try to get the right balance of sweet and sour in the base sauce and let you know. Thanks for the recipe"

"Having lived in the Czech Republic for 8 years, I was thrilled to have found a recipe for one of my favorites. One suggestion I have is to garnish the tops with finely slivered almonds after drizzling the glaze on, it enhances the almond extract in the glaze without being over powering and adds a more elegant presentation."
