"Tasty! This recipe was simple and delicious. I made mini-muffins and they turned out great. Because of the size, they dry out quicker than the bread probably does but you can dampen them and heat them in the microwave and all's well. I used 1/4 c. blackstrap molasses and 1/4 c. sugar to boost the nutrient value and that worked well. Next time..."

"Great recipe! I used the sauce part of this recipe to top some seitan 'chicken' chunks. I added a little arrowroot to thicken the sauce a bit and poured over rice. Yummy! It was easy and tasty. Thanks PanNan!"

"Excellent! I used half butter and half palm oil (veggie shortening. The flavor was great and the crust was super flaky! Yay! I used the crust for mini bite-sized apple pies and they were fantastic. Great recipe."

"Delicious, easy to make and simple ingredients. It's a trifecta! I first heard about this refrigerator dough several years back in Mother Earth News and thought it was a brilliant idea. Now that I've finally tried it, it's beyond brilliant! The first day the bread flavor was bland but it had great texture. Also, bland or not, it was fresh and ho..."

"These had a great taste--but then I really like oatmeal. If you're not so much a fan of oatmeal, you might not enjoy these. I had some difficulty getting them fully cooked without burning them but they came out of the waffle iron pretty well considering there's no added oils. I also like that these are gluten free!"

"Delish! This can be a meal by itself if you like salads. I enjoyed the tenderness of the napa cabbage and allowing everything to marinate overnight made it even better. I skipped the pickled ginger, snowpeas and mushrooms. I added thawed peas for that pop of green color. The dressing was great (I added grated ginger to the dressing! This is de..."

"This is an excellent way to prepare kale! I love the kale: baked, stewed or sauteed. I don't have a dehydrator so I go with the oven method--and I confess I don't wait more than 90 minutes before diving in. I cook these at about 300 degrees. Mine don't get crispy but sort of leathery. I've tried other recipes/methods of making them but they ..."

"Easy and delicious! I made a couple of substitutes. First I used butter instead of margarine and replaced 1/2 c flour with 1/2 c. wheat bran. The mix came together easily and I dropped it into muffin tins. They turned out light and delicious! Thanks for sharing this recipe."
