"Tasty but was a bit watery. I think that yogourt is better than milk for quiche. A trick for crustless quiche to hold firm is to put all the cheese at the bottom of the plate, then layer the veggies and finally add the egg mixture."

"We are used to a more oily dressing. I had to double the oil and it is still too watery for me. Next time, I'll replace water by olive oil. 3 cloves of garlic is plenty and I added 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Lemon juice MUST be fresh, I used 4 tbs but reduced the vinegar of 1 tbs. Very versatile as for the salad itself. I used sun dried tom..."

"Great! HEALTHIER VERSION: Use whole wheat flour and add 3/4 cup of milk. Use only half the requested sugar. I meant to cut replace half the butter by applesauce as suggested by a reviewer but I ran out of applesauce. Added 1 cup of raisins and 1 cup of sliced almonds. I did not feel like clove so I put nutmeg instead. 1.5 recipe gives about 23 muf..."

"Really good. I swap chilli powder for cumin because it was for children. Used yellow onions and canned tomatoes. Once cooked, I blended everything with a hand blender for smooth texture. Then, I added 2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice (but lime juice would be better..) . Excellent for a party."

"Very nice. I replaced vanilla by almond extract. 1/3 cup of sugar is enough for us. Don't forget to rehydrate the dried berries ( I used raisins and cranberries) in hot water for 10-15 minutes. Throw away the soaking water, it contains all the preserving agents (not healthy!). Sunflower seeds are great in this recipe."

"So easy and quick! Used pumpkin purée I had in my freezer. (I basically bake a pumpkin split in half and put on a oiled baking sheet, pulp in, at 350 until it is cooked. Then, I remove and purée the pulp, cool, and store in 2 cup freezer plastic bags. Good for a year). Did 4 times the recipe for a party in a huge soup pot. I added 1 ..."
