"Really good, as good or better than the mixes that I've purchased. Most folks have everything in the house to make this one. I do use the lesser amount (1/4 cup of butter and that is plenty for me. I do mix in some seasoning blends to add some other flavors from time to time. Great to go with soup."

"Really good, nice crisp outside, and not mushy at all. I know the mayo thing sounds weird but it's really good. I didn't have any issues with the eggplant sticking to the pan, but I was using a nonstick pan. Definitely a must try"

"Really good, a classic salad for bbqs and even my little cousins liked it! I make this whenever I don't know what to do with extra cabbage."

"Tasted too much like Grand Marnier, I would use half the amount. I would also make much more of the marscapone/cream mixture."

"Very good recipe, easy to make. Very moist, not dry like many scones. Also very light. I've made them several times, and will make them many more. Thanks!"
