"These turned out really great! My grandma used to make these when I was a kid and I never got her recipe (probably because she never wrote them down!. These are a nice reminder of the past. I will say that they were a bit too sugary, so next time, i'm going to do 2 cups instead of 2.5...and I didn't have the same problem that other reviewers d..."

"I like this. I wasn't super great, but it was good. I tweaked the recipe slightly, using quinoa instead of millet and I skipped the corn. I would have to agree with some of the other reviews that it was a bit mushy. Maybe cutting down the liquids a bit would help. I made this with the chickpea cutlets from the Veganomicon cookbook and they we..."

"This recipe is excellent! Before I popped it in the oven I sprinkled some sugar over the top and it gave it a nice sparkly crust. Thanks for posting!"

"Pretty great recipe! My only complaint is that the batter was WAY too thick! I needed to add another 1/2 cup of soy milk towards the end of the mixing process cause the dough was so solid. Even after that it was still a bit thick. Also, the pans really need to be greased well. At least for my pans. Other than that, it was perfect! I'll be m..."

"This recipe is so easy and quick! I haven't had peanut butter cookies in years and these taste just how I remember. I will be making these again in the future for sure. Thank you!"

"I wasn't too impressed with this. I expexted them to flatten out, but not as much as they did. Way too thin and the peanut butter was really distracting. The way they spread out might have something to do with the amount of oil...way too much. It was a good effort, but I won't be making these again."

"I made a vegan variation of this and it was amazing! I doubled the potatoes and used soy milk and vegan margarine. Also, I crushed a garlic clove and put it in the boiling water with the taters and mashed it in as well. Super delicious. For the filling I used two bags of MorningStar Farms recipe crumbles. Also, I chopped a large sage leaf wit ..."

"I really wanted to give this a better review.. i mainly used this for the dough recipe and then stuff it with whatever sounds good, but the measurements for the yeast, sugar and water seemed way off. The yeast barely bloomed at all and after 3 attempts I had to go with something else. It's all a great idea, but the measurements weren't right."

"Simple and tasty! This would make a great topping for ice cream, too."

"Aw man, I was all ready to post this recipe! It's a good thing I searched for it first. These ribs are AMAZING! My grill wasn't ready to use yet, so I stuck them under the broiler and that worked really well. I crave these things constantly! What i've also done is taken the baked ribs, slice them very thin, and mix them up with bbq sauce, the..."
