"Just made this a second time from my cook's illustrated book, my recipe calls for 2/3 cup half anD half, not E. Milk as this one. Also mine calls for 1 1/4lb peeled cut 1/2" apple slices. This is a pretty quick recipe and easy to make. the pancake has a custard texture to it. Needs no extra, I don't even powder mine at the end."

"This was good! I made this for TG. I was looking for a pie that was in season, but was not the normal pecan or pumpkin filling everyone else was making. It was a nice change. "I made this a year ago and I forgot to review it. It was great. I do not like fudge, but I ate a lot of this. Our house does not like white chocolate, so we did not have any. I used regular semi sweet chips instead. I also added dried cranberries. I will make this again this year."

"The dough for these were amazing and all I can think of is that you could put any dry filling you want using this dough.
