Reviewed Pan Grilled Chicken with Avocado and Red Onion Salsa
    Handle
     |  By Lorac

"Delicious! I added a little garlic and mayo to the salsa and made it more of a guacamole. I also topped the chicken with cheddar cheese 'cause I'm an addict :-D I thought the chicken was plenty flavorful but then I marinated it in the marinade for several hours. I pan seared it then put it in the oven to finish cooking. It'll be great on the grill!"

"Heavenly!! This does have a lot of prep time, but it can be done in stages. I like that! I made the torte stuck it in the fridge overnight then made the topping the next morning, it then sat in the fridge for a few more hours and I made the sauce right before serving. I couldn't find raspberries in syrup frozen, so I just mixed the frozen berries ..."

"This is fantastic. The sauce is more sweet than savory, but our family really loved it. I used balsamic vinegar instead of the cider but otherwise kept to the recipe."

"This has a very interesting mix of flavors. I really didn't know what to expect but found it rather good. The maple and onion come together distinctly but harmoniously. I think next time I'll skip the blueberries it was a little more sweetness that just wasn't needed."

"this was much better than I anticipated. I'll be honest, I wasn't too sure about boiling chicken and ending up with any flavor. Boy was I WRONG! the chicken is moist and tender and the glaze is just enough citrus to go PoP! Great summer meal, it's light and refreshing."

Reviewed Ww Honey-Glazed Salmon With Wasabi - 4 Points
    Handle
     |  By TeresaS

"Very good! Great way to easily dress up salmon. After a little over 5 mins of boiling it never thickened, but it still was tasty. The wasabi was a little strong when the sauce was just with the rice I served it with, but with the salmon it was fine. I might try marinating the fish in the sauce in the future."

"This is delicious, the ranch really gives it a nice zing. But with the cheese, mayo, bacon and ranch dressing it's a little on the greasy/heavy side. I think this would be great winter comfort food : and I'm sure I'll be making it again!"

"4 stars only because dh said it was "so-so" I thought it was fantastic! Nice light lemony flavor, cool and creamy. Perfect summer dessert. I think in the future I will make it in individual graham cracker crusts just filled with the lemon filling. I thought the graham cracker layers got in the way of the yummy lemon cream. I also made this in the ..."

"yummy and easy makes for a perfect dinner! I liked how easy this goes together and how it really is a sort of comfort food without being high in fat. I was concerned it was going to have a tomato-y tasting meal, (not being real fond of tomatoes but with the soup it's a subtle taste and it blends well with the onion soup mix. I doubled the recipe ..."
