    I've only made it once, so I'm sure I'll get better with practice, but I now realize I should work more to get it much more thin in the middle. In the end, I think the middle of my mixture was more like 3/16 inch instead..."

    "Very nice, although I probably didn't wait long enough for the sauce to thicken after boiling. Be sure to make the sauce ahead of time. We use green jalapenos, since we had those on hand, and we enjoyed the result."
