"I used a very light sprinkling of garlic powder, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly (okay I turned them more frequently. The taste was great and the texture was perfect. Despite all the rave reviews I tried not too raise my expectations too high but the recipe really lives up to all the reviews."

"These turned out very well. I used a combination of fresh squeezed orange juice with a lil water and soymilk powder in place of the milk. I also used dried red currents instead of sultanas. Next time I will try reducing the sugar and using a little whole wheat flour in place of some of the regular flour. At least if I use orange juice again,..."

"Yay, this is the first time my pressure cooker and I worked in unison. I prefer harder/firm rice but the recipe worked as it claimed. Oh, I didn't actually use the bouillon, or Mrs. Dash since I used this with a Szechuan Style Eggplant (recipe 82889."

"I added in shiitake and cremini mushrooms, miso, the optional mirin, some of the optional sugar and flying horse soya sauce ( I also added a small amount of the feared msg. I think I added some ginger too. I let it simmer then added in frozen udon noodles, green onions, and tofu fried in more mirin. The green tea added the perfect background t..."

"This is fantastic! I might have increased the cayenne a bit, and I skipped the feta. I was really nervous about this recipe, I've only had mint as tea, in desserts, gum, or toothpaste. So all the mint with what looked like a small amount of familiar seasonings intimidated me. I mean I try new stuff a lot, but the mint just made me leery. Stil..."

"This came out perfect. It had the right flavor, texture, everything. The only thing we will add in the future a handful or two of walnuts. The time in the recipe worked well for us but my oven seems to have the uncanny ability of working with packed and recipe instructions to a T."

"This worked well over a spinach salad, it was strong and acidic enough to keep the raw spinach from tasting bitter. It has a very strong taste, and is highly tangy, so use sparingly! I think that next time I'll increase the mint just a smidgen. I blended everything together in a mini food processor and stuck it in the fridge until the other ..."
