"Very nice traditional recipe. Like other reviewers I substituted jalapeno chillies (only 1 as I prefer their milder spice and find they lend a nice subtle sweet flavor to Indian food. A common guideline for Indian cooking is to use about 1/2 the amount of cumin for the same amount of coriander so I decreased the cumin to 1/2 tsp. seed and 1 tsp. ..."

"This was good and I may make again but with some modifications which is why I'm rating as good not great. It was very moist but 1 there was too much sugar - next time i'd try ~1.5 cups 2 there was way too much vanilla - I wonder if the Tbl was a mistake and should be tsp? 3 this definitely makes only 2 small loaves, if you make 3 they would be ..."

"This was just ok. I liked the filling a lot & the sauce had a nice consistency but the sauce was very bland. I would recommend dipping the tortillas in the sauce before filling so the sauce coats the tortilla more. I may make again but will add other spices to the sauce."

"Fabulous fluffy pancakes. I made with one cup of banana which was perfect. I was worried at first because the batter was pretty thick but they turned out to be the lightest and fluffiest pancakes I've ever made. Thanks for the great recipe. Definitely a keeper!"

"Fantastic recipe! I didn't have waxy potatoes on hand but it still worked well with regular potatoes. I also cooked the ingredients differently in order to brown the onions and fry the spices as is common in Indian cooking. My cooking method is as follows: First saute the garlic, ginger, onions and green chili together till the onion started to br..."

"Awesome recipe! I made with 1/2 tsp ground fennel so there would be no whole seeds. Very rich and flavorful sauce."

"This turned out good but nothing to rave about. I made with half whole wheat and it came out a bit too heavy/dense. I also like dough with a bit of sweetener in it. I'll make again but add some honey and less wheat flour."

"Excellent recipe! I made without water and with canned chopped tomatoes that I pureed in the blender. The texture was perfect!"

"Most peanut sauce recipes I've found are too sour or rich. This one has a nice balanced peanuty flavor. I served over Pad Thai...yummy : I made with water instead of stock and it was still good."
